Your Network of Praise (YNOP) has announced a partnership with the founders of Vox Radio 97.5FM in Liberia to work together to operate and expand the ministry of the station.

YNOP President & General Manager, Roger Lonnquist, said “the founders of Vox Radio have accomplished much already, and as YNOP partners with them the additional resources the station now has will enable its staff to significantly increase their ministry to the people of Liberia.”

YNOP operates a network of Christian radio stations in 6 states in the western US and also operates two FM stations in Tanzania in partnership with local ministries. May 1, it launched the New Life Africa Satellite Network which provides Christian programming in English and Swahili throughout much of Africa by a direct-to-home satellite channel, online streaming, and a network of local FM affiliates in several African countries. Its programming is offered free of charge to any stations that would like to air it.

YNOP’s Africa Director, Joseph Kebbie, who is also the founder of Vox Radio 97.5FM, stated “God called us to start and use a Christ-centered radio (Vox Radio) as a catalyst of positive change to reach and impact the youth of Liberia with God’s love in practical and relevant ways. Since 2017 we have been operating this station out of a shipping container and with the limited resources that have been at our disposal we have seen God at work with many lives impacted for Christ.”

Speaking of the partnership with YNOP, Kebbie added “it is a great blessing that will see us going all out and make sure that Jesus is heard about on air, His love is seen through our community impact projects and His compassion will be felt by caring for the poor and needy in Liberia. We are very excited about this partnership.”
