Frank Wright, Chairman
D. James Kennedy Ministries
After 22 years of work on or related to Capitol Hill, Dr. Wright returned to Fort Lauderdale in 2015, where he serves a President & Chief Exec­utive Officer of Coral Ridge Ministries Media, the parent and sponsor­ing organization of the D. James Kennedy Leadership Institute. Having been led to personal faith in Jesus Christ through the ministry of Dr. Kennedy, Dr. Wright served at the Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church both as a staff member and Elder. His prior leadership service includes being founding Executive Director of the D. James Kennedy Center for Christian Statesmanship, President & CEO of the National Religious Broadcast­ers, and President & COO of the Salem Media Group. The primary focus of his ministry career has been equipping leaders for future service and defending religious freedom at every level of the public policy process. Frank received his doctorate in Business Adminis­tration (Finance) from Florida Atlantic University.
Mike Farris 1st Vice Chair
Alliance Defending Freedom
Michael P. Farris is president, CEO, and general counsel of Alliance Defending Freedom. As the second CEO of ADF, he brings to the role a diverse background as an effective litigator, educator, public advocate, and communicator, and is widely recognized for his successful work on both the national and international stage. Farris was founding president of both the Home School Legal Defense Association (1983) and Patrick Henry College (2000) and continues to serve as chairman of the board of HSLDA and chancellor emeritus of PHC. Farris is the author of over 15 books, as well as law review and other scholarly and popular articles. He and his wife, Vickie, have 10 children and 23 grandchildren.
Roger Lonnquist, 2nd Vice Chair
Your Network of Praise (YNOP)
Roger Lonnquist is Network General Manager at Your Network of Praise (YNOP), which operates 50 FM facilities in 4 states in the northwestern U.S., and New Life Radio Network in Tanzania. Roger is a member of the President's Council of the National Religious Broadcasters Association, serves as a member of NRB's TV Committee, and is on the board of a Christian school. He began working in radio in junior high school at a station his father managed, and worked at several secular radio stations around the U.S. before joining YNOP in 1999. Roger and his wife, Janice, own the KTGF-TV Network, which operates one full-power TV station and some LPTV's in Montana.
Sharon Geiger, Secretary
Sharon Geiger is the Assistant General Manager/Director of Outreach at FM, KCBI FM, a ministry of First Dallas Media. She oversees KCBI’s On Demand All Teaching Channel, produced programming and assists with major donor relationships. Sharon seeks to help KCBI fulfill its mission to be a discipleship force in Dallas-Fort Worth by mobilizing listeners to put their faith into action, becoming the hands and feet of Jesus in the community. Sharon joined the KCBI staff in 1984. During her long history with KCBI, she has also served as Program Director and News Director. Sharon is an award-winning broadcast journalist and has traveled on assignment to many areas of the U.S. and around the world. She also has had the opportunity to work with MEDIAlliance and Sharing International, training Christian broadcasters in Southeastern Nigeria and Eastern Europe. Sharon and her husband, Don live in East Dallas. They are grateful, proud parents and grandparents and are active in their church and community.
Brett Larson, Treasurer
Crawford Media Group
In 1999, Dr. Larson began a full-time career with Crawford Broadcasting at the legendary WDCX-FM. After several decades of growing in his career, he now serves in leadership with Crawford as a Corporate General Manager who oversees 7 full-power radio stations in Buffalo, Rochester, Birmingham, and Cullman/Huntsville. Dr. Larson also hosts a daily radio program called Skopos. He holds a Bachelor’s in Communications, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), a Master’s in Theological Studies (MTS), and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Liberty University. Dr. Larson currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Religious Broadcasters association and as Treasurer on the Executive Committee. He also acts as liaison to the NRB Music Licensing Committee. Dr. Larson serves on other local nonprofit boards, provides organizational consulting to local ministries, and serves in the local church. He and his wife, Kim, have 3 wonderful boys!
Jack Hibbard, At-Large Member

Jack Hibbard is President and CEO of The Hibbard Group, an agency he founded in 2009 out of his passion to strengthen ministries through media. He has more than 40 years of experience in radio, television, and media. He has previously served on the NRB’s Executive Committee and is past Chairman of the NRB. He and his wife, Erin, married in 1983 and are the parents of two sons.
Tony Hart, At-Large Member
The Grand Old Gospel Fellowship
Dr. Tony Hart has served as President of GOGF Ministries since 1998 when he took over from his father, Dr. B. Sam Hart. He oversees a fellowship of 15 churches, has preached in large area-wide crusades, has led several international missions trips, conducts pastoral training in under-developed countries, and continues to serve as the Senior Pastor of Montco Bible Fellowship. Dr. Hart is the primary bible teacher on the Grand Old Gospel Hour, which celebrated its 53rd Anniversary in 2014. He is the author of two books, Winning Is Everything and 2 Tablets For Your Marriage, and he teaches a marriage seminar in churches around the country.

Debra Fraser is President/CEO of Total Living International (TLI), a Christian media communications group. She also serves as General Manager of KTLN-TV, a full power San Francisco market station. Debra has been in Christian broadcast for 30+ years beginning in 1982 when she assisted in the launch of a station with Family Christian Broadcasting. She finds fulfillment in helping individuals realize the potential they have for a vibrant life in Christ.
Jamey Schmitz, At-Large Member
WLMB-TV 40 Toledo
Jamey Schmitz is Founder & President/CEO of WLMB-TV 40 and the YES-FM Radio Network. These local broadcasting ministries are both headquartered in Toledo, OH. For 22 years, Jamey has been an active member of the NRB. He is a Founding Member of the NRB President’s Council, has served four terms on the NRB Television Committee, and has been a member of the NRB Resolutions Committee for several years. For the past year, Jamey has served the association as a Board Member of the NRB Network. WLMB-TV 40 has received the NRB Full Power TV Station of the Year Award on four occasions. His responsibilities often take him to Washington, DC, where he works diligently to preserve and expand Christian radio and television. Along with Rachel, his wife of 25 years, Jamey resides in Toledo, OH. They have four daughters - Sophia, Chloe, Lilly, and Rebekah - who are the joy of their lives.

Tim McDermott has served in broadcasting for over 40 years – 27 of which as the President/General Manager of KSBJ/Houston. He has served in numerous industry positions including NRB Radio Chair, and was the founding Chairman of Christian Music Broadcasters. Tim has a passion to see organizations thrive, and mentors nonprofit and broadcasting CEOs around the U.S. and around the world. In addition to his broadcasting experience, Tim is also a CPA and is the Assistant Tax Manager for Sommerville and Associates where he prepares individual and nonprofit taxes.
