With more than 25 years of experience working on Capitol Hill, Dr. Frank Wright serves as Chairman of the National Religious Broadcasters, the world’s largest association of Christian media communicators. His prior leadership service includes President & Chief Executive Officer of D. James Kennedy Ministries, President & Chief Operating Officer of the Salem Media Group, President & Chief Executive Officer of the National Religious Broadcasters, and founding Executive Director of the D. James Kennedy Center for Christian Statesmanship.
Roger Lonnquist, 2nd Vice Chair
Your Network of Praise (YNOP)
Roger Lonnquist is President & General Manager of Your Network of Praise / New Life Africa Satellite Networks, operating 70 radio facilities in the western US, and 2 satellite radio channels which broadcast across Africa and are carried by numerous FM stations across the continent. It also partners in the operation of 2 stations in Tanzania, and 1 in Liberia. Roger is active in NRB, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and International Committee, and is a member of the NRB President’s Council. He previously served on the TV Committee. He is Vice-Chairman of the Helena Christian School. He and his wife, Janice, have been married for 31 years and own the KJJC Media Group which operates a talk radio station in Salt Lake City and three television stations.
Sharon Geiger, Secretary
KCBI-FM
Sharon Geiger is the Assistant General Manager/Outreach Director at KCBI FM, a ministry of First Dallas Media. She oversees KCBI’s On Demand All Teaching Channel, produced programming and assists with major donor relationships. Sharon seeks to help KCBI fulfill its mission to be a discipleship force in Dallas-Fort Worth by mobilizing listeners to put their faith into action, becoming the hands and feet of Jesus in the community. During her long history with KCBI, she has served in various roles. Sharon is an award-winning broadcast journalist and has traveled on assignment to many areas of the U.S. and around the world. She also has had the opportunity to work with MEDIAlliance and Sharing International, training Christian broadcasters in Southeastern Nigeria, Eastern Europe and Haiti. Sharon and her husband, Don, live in East Dallas. They are grateful, proud parents and grandparents and are active in their church and community.
Brett Larson, Treasurer
Crawford Media Group
In 1999, Dr. Larson began a full-time career with Crawford Broadcasting at the legendary WDCX-FM. After several decades of growing in his career, he now serves in leadership with Crawford as a Corporate General Manager who oversees 7 full-power radio stations in Buffalo, Rochester, Birmingham, and Cullman/Huntsville. Dr. Larson also hosts a daily radio program called Skopos. He holds a Bachelor’s in Communications, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), a Master’s in Theological Studies (MTS), and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Liberty University. Dr. Larson currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Religious Broadcasters association and as Treasurer on the Executive Committee. He also acts as liaison to the NRB Music Licensing Committee. Dr. Larson serves on other local nonprofit boards, provides organizational consulting to local ministries, and serves in the local church. He and his wife, Kim, have 3 wonderful boys!
Debra Fraser, At-Large Member
Total Living International
Debra Fraser is President/CEO of Total Living International (TLI), a Christian media communications group with local markets and global television and video outreach. Debra’s career began in Christian television ministry in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1982, when she worked to launch and manage KFCB TV 42, a full power television station, owned then by Family Christian Broadcasting. She would eventually oversee two more stations associated with KFCB and handle Program Sales and Executive Producer responsibilities for a second full power television station also in the San Francisco market. Debra joined Total Living International in 1998 and launched TLI’s Chicago-based Affiliate Network in 2000. A short time later she would be named General Manager of TLI’s Northern California broadcast station. Debra would bring her skills and heart for ministry to her position as President/CEO in 2016. Through TLI’s own operation and international relationships, its influence has become global while also maintaining a local market presence in Chicagoland and Northern California. Debra and her husband, Jack, have been married for 42+ years and spend time with their daughters and sons-in-law whenever possible. Debra finds fulfillment in helping individuals realize the potential they have for a vibrant life in Christ and being a platform for like-minded ministries and organizations to share the news of Christ.
Tony Hart, At-Large Member
The Grand Old Gospel Fellowship
Dr. Tony Hart has served as President of GOGF Ministries since 1998 when he took over from his father, Dr. B. Sam Hart. He oversees a fellowship of 15 churches, has preached in large area-wide crusades, has led several international missions trips, conducts pastoral training in under-developed countries, and continues to serve as the Senior Pastor of Montco Bible Fellowship. Dr. Hart is the primary bible teacher on the Grand Old Gospel Hour, which celebrated its 53rd Anniversary in 2014. He is the author of two books, Winning Is Everything and 2 Tablets For Your Marriage, and he teaches a marriage seminar in churches around the country.
Jack Hibbard, At-Large Member

Jack Hibbard is President and CEO of The Hibbard Group, an agency he founded in 2009 out of his passion to strengthen ministries through media. He has more than 40 years of experience in radio, television, and media. He currently serves on NRB’s Executive Committee. He and his wife, Erin, married in 1983, have two married sons and five grandchildren.
Lauren Libby, At-Large Member
Trans World Radio
Lauren has been at the helm of TWR since 2008. He formerly served with The Navigators ministry in Colorado, in various senior executive roles. For most of his adult life, Lauren has been instrumental in helping to bring Christ to the nations and develop spiritual laborers for God’s kingdom. He speaks to numerous audiences and hosts a radio feature called “Get Hope,” heard on over 100 radio stations nationwide. He is chairman of the board of New Horizons Foundation and serves on the boards of Educational Communications of Colorado and the National Religious Broadcasters. Lauren and his wife, June, reside in Cary, North Carolina.
Star Parker, At-Large Member
CURE
Star Parker is founder and president of CURE, the Center for Urban Renewal and Education, a nonprofit Policy Institute based in Washington, D.C. that fights poverty to restore dignity through messages of faith, freedom, and personal responsibility. She is one of the names on the short list mentioned when anyone speaks of national black conservative leaders. Parker founded CURE to bring new ideas to policy discussions on how to transition America's poor from government dependency. Parker has addressed more than 190 colleges and universities about anti-poverty initiatives, has authored several books, and is a nationally syndicated columnist with Creators Syndicate. She also regularly consults with both federal and state legislators on market-based strategies to fight poverty.
