Unauthorized outside agencies have been attempting to contact registered and potential NRB Convention attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors, claiming to offer assistance with hotel room reservations for NRB 2020. Some may even claim to be on staff at NRB.
Such outside agencies, however, do not represent NRB, the Gaylord Opryland, or the Inn at Opryland, in any manner. Only make your lodging reservations (at NRB’s discounted rates) through the direct links provided here.
Also, be advised that unauthorized agencies have been contacting past Convention exhibitors, offering to sell lists of Convention attendees. These lists are not accurate and did not come from NRB.
If you receive any proposed solicitation that mentions NRB, and you are unsure of its origin, please email convention@nrb.org or call 202-543-0073 to verify that the communication you received was generated from the NRB headquarters or is affiliated with NRB.
