NRB Members Honored as ‘Certified Best Christian Workplaces’

Eight NRB members were honored in the Best Christian Workplaces (BCW) recognition of 241 faith-based organizations and Christian-owned businesses as Certified Best Christian Workplaces in 2022.

The following NRB members received the award:

  • Christian Care Ministry
  • Colorado Christian University
  • Family Life Communications
  • Focus on the Family Canada
  • Jewish Voice Ministries International
  • Joni and Friends
  • The Moody Church
  • The Urban Alternative

Joni Eareckson Tada, CEO and founder of Joni and Friends, commented of the recognition:

“Culture means a great deal to us at Joni and Friends, and it’s why we value employee response to the Best Christian Workplace survey. We strive to help our teams feel well-equipped, resourced, and supported to do their jobs well, and the CBCW survey provides great employee input so we can make good, solid decisions. Rick Garris, assistant vice president of Human Resources at Colorado Christian University, said:

This designation recognizes the healthy culture and environment our leaders and employees have worked diligently to create. Even in a post-COVID environment, our team at CCU has banded together to overcome challenges from the pandemic and continues to provide an exceptional learning environment for more than 9,000 students, both in person and online.”
