FTC Expected To Begin Process Of Updating Endorsement Ad Guidelines This Week

The Federal Trade Commission has been signaling it is paying closer attention to endorsement ads and when it meets this week the FTC is expected to take the first steps to updating its guides concerning the use of endorsements and testimonials in ads.
