BMI Asks Court To Rule On Radio Effort To Combine Royalty Rate-Setting Into One Proceeding

Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) is petitioning a federal court in New York to implement a stay on the radio industry’s suit seeking to combine the rate-settings for both BMI and fellow performance rights organization ASCAP into a single proceeding.
