Five New Members Join the National Religious Broadcasters

Manassas, VAThe National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) Executive Committee has voted to approve four new full members and one new associate member. 

“As NRB presses forward in its mission to advance biblical truth, promote media excellence, and defend free speech, we are pleased to be joined by these fine individuals and organizations,” said NRB President & CEO Dr. Frank Wright. “We look forward to seeing them grow as a result of their NRB membership and to all the ways we will serve Christ together.”
The following new members have been approved:
Life-Bridges, Franklin, TN (Full Company Member) 
Life-Bridges is a nonprofit ministry that connects people to purpose. Executive Director Sue Detweiler enjoyed building relationships at the NRB 2013 Convention & Exposition, and out of those relationships, much Kingdom work was accomplished: Her new one-minute radio feature, Healing Rain, now broadcasts on 35 Christian radio stations, offering hope to listeners across the nation.  For more information, visit or
LugoMedia, Lugoj-Timis, Romania (Full Company Member)

Torry Martin, Sparta, TN (Full Individual Member)
Torry Martin is an award-winning actor, screenwriter, comedian, and author. Martin has written for Adventures in Odyssey, produced by Focus on the Family, and is largely known for creating the character of “Wooton Bassett” for the popular audio series. He has also written seven full-feature length screenplays with co-writer Marshal Younger and has twice been named the grand prize winner for both acting and writing in the Gospel Music Association's “Christian Artists” competition. Martin’s most recent acting roles were in the Taylor Swift parody of The Office and the feature films Skid, 11 Seconds, and My Name is Paul. For more information, visit

Matthew Pickart, the first place recipient of the 2012 iNRB Music Video Award, recently started Pick-Art Productions, a company dedicated to impacting the world through visual storytelling. Susie Jennings, Mesquite, TX (Associate Individual Member)
