FCC Sticks With Plan To Hike Radio’s Annual Fees, But Offers Payment Plan Option

A correction to what is described as a “computational error” is as close as radio has gotten to convincing the Federal Communications Commission to rethink proposed hikes in what stations pay in annual regulatory fees. The FCC has rejected the industry’s attempt to get the fees lowered or frozen at 2019 levels.
