Court bucks status quo by ruling against HHS mandate

The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a district court's decision to halt enforcement of the Obama administration's HHS mandate at Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa, and Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Greg Baylor is the Alliance Defending Freedom attorney who defended the two schools.
