July 22, 2015
More than two years ago, Sasko Bogeski, who leads a media ministry in Serbia, had an encounter with an intruder in his home at night. It had been the second such incident in six weeks. This time, Bogeski grabbed a kitchen knife to protect his family and scare off the intruder. In the process, the man was cut before he fled, and he later died. Bogeski was charged with murder, held in prison for a month and then released. Now he has a court date set for September 15.
