Alliance Defending Freedom has sent a letter to Pittsburgh Public Schools explaining there's no need for them to adopt a proposal to open up restrooms to members of the opposite sex.
ADF attorney Matt Sharp says a federal court has upheld the current University of Pittsburgh policy requiring students to use bathrooms that correspond to their biological sex. Therefore, he says there's no reason for the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, secondary schools to adopt a contradictory policy.
