Family Research Council Endorses First Amendment Defense Act

WASHINGTON, June 17, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Family Research Council (FRC) today called for rapid congressional action on the "First Amendment Defense Act" introduced by U.S. Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and U.S. Rep. Raúl Labrador (R-ID). The First Amendment Defense Act (FADA) would prevent the federal government from discriminating against individuals, organizations, and small business owners who affirm marriage as between a man and a woman.
