ADF taking on 'clear-cut case of discrimination'

Beginning in 2011, Upper Arlington refused zoning for Tree of Life Christian School when it purchased the former America Online/Time-Warner headquarters building. Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) attorney Erik Stanley asserts the government's action violates the federal Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUPA).
