ADF sues on behalf of AZ student

Alliance Defending Freedom has filed suit against Paradise Valley Community College.

ADF attorney Tyson Lanhofer says Paradise student Brittany Mirelez wanted to start a Young Americans for Liberty chapter at the community college. But she was denied permission to advertise the chapter when she set up a table in the so-called free speech zone on campus.
