ADF fights for churches in CA court

ADF filed the lawsuit in state court against the California Department of Managed Health Care for forcing churches to pay for elective abortions in their health insurance plans.
Religious institutions and non-profits are also forced to comply, which means a church that opposes abortion must still provide insurance coverage for abortions for employees.
