Reworked DOJ Merger Review Process Could Aid Broadcasters

Some broadcasters think a new wave of radio consolidation may be in the works if media ownership rules are changed. If that happens, steps being taken by the Dept. of Justice Antitrust Division could have an even bigger impact on radio in the coming years. The DOJ has already begun making some changes with more to come to help speed up the government’s review process.
