FCC Proposes Expanded Disclosure Rules For Foreign Programming Providers

In a move to make it easier for listeners and viewers to become aware of foreign-sponsored content, the Federal Communications Commission has advanced a rulemaking that would make it more apparent when programming provided by foreign governmental entities is being transmitted over U.S. airwaves.
