In addition, Council members heard from NRB President & CEO Dr. Jerry A. Johnson and NRB Vice President of Government Relations Aaron Mercer, who shared detailed reports of NRB’s work on Capitol Hill and with government entities such as the FCC.

“The NRB President’s Council is a select group of strategic partners whose generous support and dedicated efforts enable the NRB to preserve and expand the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, both here and around the world,” notes Melissa Sturgis, NRB’s Director of Membership. “Council members recognize the singular importance of NRB’s engagement in the legislative, legal, and regulatory arenas, and they serve as influential ambassadors for NRB as they interact with political leaders and others with positions of significant influence and authority in our nation’s capital.”
