Hope for the Heart Honors Five Q CEO Chad Williams

Chad Williams and June HuntNASHVILLE, TN — Chad Williams of Five Q Communications received the first Hope for the Future Award from Hope for the Heart during the worship service on Wednesday, February 24, at Proclaim 16, the NRB International Christian Media Convention in Nashville, TN.

June Hunt, Founder of Hope for the Heart, presented the award to Williams, Five Q’s Chief Executive Officer, in recognition of his “extraordinary talent, expert leadership that enables all of us in broadcasting” to progress in reaching the world with biblical hope. In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Hope for the Heart, a Texas-based counseling ministry, wanted to inaugurate the award to recognize such excellence, she said.

In accepting the award, William expressed his gratitude to Hunt on behalf of the many ministries Five Q serves and the team God has brought together at Five Q. His organization provides such services to non-profits as website design and digital marketing.

The presentation came during a two-hour-plus service that included:

  • An offering for Great Commission Media Ministries’ outreach campaign in Cuba.
  • An overview of the Museum of the Bible – which is scheduled to open in November 2017 in Washington, DC – by Steve Green, President of Hobby Lobby and Chairman of the museum’s board.
  • A preview by singer/actor Pat Boone of the soon-to-be-released movie God’s Not Dead 2, in which he has a role.
  • Worship in song led by acclaimed singer/songwriter Michael W. Smith.
  • A message by megachurch pastor and author Rick Warren on the promises of God.
  • Presentation of the NRB President’s Award by Dr. Jerry A. Johnson to Rowan County, KY, clerk Kim Davis.

In addition to Hope for the Heart, the sponsors of the session were the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Evangelism Explosion International, and Reach Beyond.
