The NRB Presidential Search Committee has created an opportunity profile for the association's next President & CEO.
The finalized profile includes a brief history of NRB, a list of the personal and professional qualifications, a detailed position description, and other supporting documentation that will enable potential applicants to gain a detailed understanding of the position and the association.

After reviewing the opportunity profile, interested parties are invited to submit a curriculum vitae or resume, along with a cover letter expressing interest in serving as the next President & CEO of NRB. All submissions will be handled with full confidentiality.
The Presidential Search Committee, comprising members of NRB's Board of Directors and Executive Committee, plan to vet the strongest candidates and reduce the list to three or four who will then be interviewed. From that list, the search committee will recommend the two most preferred candidates to the full Executive Committee.
After meeting the two candidates, the full Executive Committee will select one who must then be confirmed by the full NRB Board of Directors.
