Free Online Evangelism Platform ‘yesHEis’ to Make U.S. Debut at NRB15 Convention

CV/yesHEisU.K.-based ministry CV will launch yesHEis, its free online evangelism platform, in the U.S. during the NRB 2015 International Christian Media Convention in Nashville, TN.

yesHEis is a free tool to help Christians share Jesus online by connecting the best, most shareable content with an engaging presentation of the Gospel, providing an opportunity for the viewer to become a follower of Jesus.

As a social content aggregator, yesHEis makes it easy for Christians who are online to begin conversations and discussions about their faith through videos and other content ranging from light, introductory topics to deep theological issues. To date, the platform’s use in other nations has resulted in more than 250,000 people sharing their faith online, 10 million views, and 28,000 responses.

CV Founder Lord Robert Edmiston will share details about the yesHEis platform and available content during his session at the NRB Convention’s Digital Media Summit on February 25.

“NRB is the largest and most prestigious event where Christian media professionals gather not just from the U.S. but from all over the world,” Lord Edmiston said of the ministry’s decision to launch its U.S. platform at the February 23-26 Convention. “It is natural that we would want to launch yesHEis to such an audience and at such a venue.”

Regarding the platform, NRB President & CEO Dr. Jerry A. Johnson, said, “yesHEis is innovation that points the way to the future.”

“With a vision to reach a billion people with the Gospel, the ministry makes full use of media platforms to spread the Good News in all the world,” he added.

During the upcoming convention, Lord Edmiston, yesHEis Manager Nathan Spicer, and other CV representatives will be meeting with other ministry leaders and exploring ways they can multiply each other’s impact in their common goal of fulfilling the Great Commission.

“We are not in competition with the Church or any other media organization, as what we are offering is free; we do not seek donations, but we do seek to be partners with churches and ministries for the sake of the Gospel,” expressed Lord Edmiston, highlighting CV’s desire to unite with other Christian ministries to fulfill the biblical imperative to share the Gospel. “We are praying that God will connect us with people of like vision during NRB15 so that together we can do our part to fulfill the Great Commission.”

Adding to that, Spicer said, “We are excited about launching yesHEis in the U.S., knowing American Christians will seize the opportunity to share the content with their friends online.

“Recognizing that America is increasingly as much of a mission field as the rest of the world, we want to provide tools and resources to equip Christians there to join us in our vision to reach a billion people with the Gospel,” he continued.

Since its founding in the U.K. 26 years ago, CV has grown to include teams in 22 countries.
