FCC Establishes Consumer Help Portal

The FCC this week announced the launch of a new help center for media consumers.  This new website is intended to be a user-friendly hub for citizens who have questions about radio, television, Internet, and other media areas, as well as an easy portal by which they can submit complaints to the agency.

In a press release, the FCC stated, “The consumer help center is part of the FCC’s broader efforts to reform its processes to better serve the public.  By quickly and efficiently managing consumer complaints, the FCC will help protect consumers and give them a greater voice in its policy initiatives to improve communications services for all.”

This new help center is accessible at https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us.
