On election night, NRB president & CEO Troy A. Miller joined Todd Starnes for live election coverage. They spoke about what issues drive Christians to the polls and the importance of Christian media.
“Everything that we’ve been hearing is that the Christian turnout is going to be very good this election cycle,” Miller said. “The Christian media was extremely important to get out the truth, to get out the real message, to do real journalism, and talk about the issues that were important to Christians. I’m very proud of how the Christian broadcast world really stepped up this election cycle.”

Ahead of the election, Miller was included in the Fox News piece featuring various faith leaders who shared insight on trusting God in times of uncertainty. Miller cited Philippians 4:6-7, saying these verses “give us clear guidance on experiencing peace in all circumstances.”
“As we faithfully pray for our country and vote in alignment with our values, let us place our concerns safely in the care of our Father in Heaven, who holds the nation and the world in His hands,” Miller said.

Noelle Huizenga, NRB vice president of public policy & communications, joined host Eden Gordon Hill on “The All-American Book Club” to discuss Huizenga’s recent Newsmax op-ed explaining how the next president will inherit issues that will directly impact women and must select policies to uplift women.
“They [women] are decision makers every single day,” Huizenga said. “The left has not been an honest dealer when it comes to women’s interests. The truth is that there is consensus around some issues that are nonpartisan, that are affecting women every day.”
