Troy A. Miller, president & CEO of the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), joined Jerry Newcombe on the Providence Forum podcast to discuss the need for Christians not to be silent about their faith.
“If we’re silent, we may get to the point where we don’t have a choice,” Miller said, “where we’re going to be silenced by a weaponized government and culture against us.”

In a live interview at the NRB 2025 Convention in Grapevine, Texas, Miller spoke with co-hosts Destiny Yarbrough and Pastor Tracy Armstrong of “The Vision TV.” They spoke about the NRB Convention and the responsibility of Christian communicators in today’s media landscape.
“We’re focused on broadcasting and communications, because that’s where God’s called us to be,” Miller said, “but the real part that matters is that this is the body of Christ. It’s great to see people exhibiting at booths, but it’s also great to see arms wrapped around one another praying for one another, praying for our country, and praying for the lost.”

Miller spoke with Andrew Wilkow on his Salem News show to discuss the commercialization of the Easter holiday and what the church can do to reclaim the message.
“[Easter] Sunday will be one of the biggest [church] attendance days,” Miller said, “and that’s not done by drowning out or watering down your message into some lukewarm message that appeals to the culture. …Our Christian broadcasters are telling the authentic message of Easter—the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.”
