Troy A. Miller, NRB president & CEO, spoke with Jenna Ellis on American Family Radio about the momentum of Christian broadcasting, the “growing bias in corporate America,” and the legislative battle to keep AM radio in vehicles.
“We still have an industry that I think looks at us as a thorn in their side,” Miller said, warning that “if the car manufacturers get their way…they now have control…of what you can and can’t listen to” because “it’s not so much about a partnership anymore, but that you, the consumer, are also a product for them to sell.”
Miller also talked about NRB’s “hand-in-hand” partnership with the White House for its celebration of America’s 250th anniversary at the NRB Convention in Nashville, which will exclusively highlight the “Christian foundation behind the independence of our country.”

Michael Farris, NRB general counsel, spoke with Hannah Miles Pierrou on the “Treehouse Storyteller” podcast about the history of the homeschooling movement, the political threats facing parental rights today, and the anti-Christian nature of modern public schooling.
“[In the 70s and 80s] the public schools…were subtly anti-Christian,” Farris said. “But today that…has been replaced by a pretty specific woke theology. …It is aggressively anti-Christian today. …[In a recent Supreme Court case] the instructions given by the school district to the teachers was to disrupt the religious beliefs of the children. …The vast majority of the public schools in this country do that. …These people are at war with the philosophy that you and I hold.”
Farris continued: “The government does not have the right to decide what is appropriate to say or believe. …You have the God-given right to live your life according to what God tells you to do. …When we stand together shoulder-to-shoulder, there is a lot of good that can be done.”

Miller spoke with Alex McFarland on American Family Radio’s “Real Truth for Today” about the upcoming NRB Convention, the fight to keep AM radio in vehicles, global Christian persecution, and government weaponization against Christians.
“This is the largest gathering of Christian communicators…nearly 6,000 folks under one roof,” Miller said. “This is a great place to learn what’s going on in the culture today.”
On the topic of religious liberty, pointed out that “the most dangerous faith to hold around the world is faith in Jesus Christ. …Over 300 million Christians live in countries where they are under repressive regimes.”

Miller spoke with Bunni Pounds on “Conversations with Christians Engaged” about the impact of Christian media, the upcoming NRB Convention, and partnering on the America Reads the Bible initiative to celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary.
“We live in what I say is the greatest age of communications in human history,” Miller said, “but there are forces out there that would love to keep the Christian message bottled up.”
Miller continued: “I can’t think of a more unifying event…than to be able to get together as a community and read through the Scriptures from Genesis all the way to the end of Revelation and read that truth over our country. …My main theme for 2026 is courage. … We have to have the courage to stand on God’s word. …We have to stop worrying about marketing trends and stop acting like CEO pastors and start acting like shepherds who are protecting their flocks.”

On Rightside Radio, Miller spoke with Amie Beth Shaver and Allison Sinclair about rising engagement with Christian media and the role of faith in American civic life.
“For 82 years, we have been fighting on behalf of all kinds of Christian communicators to make sure that they have the right to stay in the public space,” Miller said. “We have a hungry society that wants to hear the Gospel. …Christians are told that civic engagement is extremism…[but] Christians really have to have the courage to step up and be a part of the governance. …The founding fathers were firm on their belief that this country was anchored in the Christian faith…and without that anchor, this country was going to go adrift.”

Miller joined Tina Griffin on the Counter Cultural Mom Show to talk about the importance of standing on and speaking out about biblical truth amidst the influencer movement. They also discussed the propaganda against Israel in the mainstream media and its dangers with spreading misinformation causing the rise of Jewish hate.
“The media has been sold out,” Miller said. “There is this unholy alliance between the secular progressives and the radical Islam movement. It’s the spiritual battle behind the scenes.”
Miller continued, discussing the rise of antisemitism within Christian circles: “We as Christians need to call these people out and not let them get a pass on this because they’re with us on other issues. …We can’t sit by idle. If there is division behind this issue, then you can guarantee this is a satanic issue.”
