DestinyX Media International, a multimedia ministry, is committed to proclaiming the message of the Gospel to all generations with intentional authenticity. Since its inception in 2017, DestinyX has become home to podcast, written publications, film projects, and a diverse array of media platforms aimed at impacting lives with Biblical truth.
DestinyX founder Destiny Yarbrough is inspired by a mission of discipling and empowering the next generation of leaders. Yarbrough is the author of “Visions Dreams and Destiny” and holds a doctorate in divinity.
“We meet people right where they are, whether they are a new believer or a general in the faith,” said Yarbrough. “Deliverance, leadership, impacting, developing, transforming, cultivating, activating, and imparting are dear to the heart of our ministry.”
Yarbrough desires to speak into the lives of the next generation with “raw, real, and redeemed” biblical messages. Yarbrough sensed a calling from God to create a show dedicated to reaching and inspiring youth, which prompted her to launch the DestinyX television show “Making A Difference for the Next Generation.”
For Yarbrough, this endeavor aligns with her vocation as a parent.
“I converse with my son; who is in tune with his generation, to ensure relevant messaging to our audience,” said Yarbrough. “We care about the engagement of our audience and it is important to us that we are approachable in an effort to reach this next generation right where they are.”
In addition to building up younger believers, DestinyX ministers to women of faith through women’s conferences, Bible studies, and intimate gatherings. Yarbrough’s regional leadership role in the Christian Women in Media Association (CWIMA) is another expression of her commitment to fostering collaboration and uplifting fellow female Christian communicators.
“We are committed to helping women soar in their faith by offering tools to help women grow in leadership and in media through home events, retreats, conferences, mentorship, inner healing teachings and training,” said Yarbrough.
Right now, DestinyX is collaborating with Pearls of Promise Ministries to produce a documentary in Israel, titled “Bridging the Gap in the Holy Land,” highlighting points of unity between Christians and the Jewish people.
Yarbrough emphasized the importance of pursuing excellence in all endeavors, drawing upon the example set by Jesus.
“Ask questions, listen, speak truth, be kingdom-minded in our delivery. Engage, impact, develop, focus, and impart our knowledge and experience to the future leaders coming up behind us,” said Yarbrough. “We must focus on having courageous conversations by sharing truth with boldness and substance.”
