Below you’ll find what you need to know about…

  • The hotel and convention center
  • Ground transportation
  • Meals
  • Attire
  • NRB Convention App
  • Special discounts available for you in Grapevine

Hotel

This year, the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center (1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, Texas 76051) is the home of all NRB 2021 events. Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center is located deep in the heart of Texas, just 6 minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Rooms:
The Gaylord Texan Resort hotel rooms are currently completely booked. There are a number of hotels available within a few miles of the convention center. We invite you to check back every couple of days to see if the Texan has had cancellations. If so, it is our hope that you will cancel your other reservation and join us at the Texan.
Parking:

Self-parking and valet parking are available at the Gaylord Texan. On-site, self- parking for overnight guests in the NRB room block costs $10 daily. Hotel guests will have in/out privileges. Those without rooms at the Texan will pay $22 each time they leave the lot. Valet parking costs $42 daily and is only available Thursday through Sunday. Guests with a handicapped placard or license plate may use valet parking for the self-parking price.

Ground Transportation

There are currently no shuttles running between the Gaylord Texan and DFW, but you can use a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to get from DFW to the hotel.

Uber Passengers who request an Uber driver at DFW should meet drivers on the arrivals level of the airport. Once you’ve arrived at the arrivals level, get in touch with your Uber driver to confirm the correct pickup point. Find out more about using Uber here.

There are more Uber drivers in the Dallas area than Lyft drivers, but Lyft is also available. You can find out more about using Lyft here.

For taxis, follow the signs in the airport for ground transportation or taxi. You will see signs outside on the pillars, and there may even be someone who can hail a taxi for you. Here is the link to taxi cabs at DFW.
