New Senate Bill Would Prohibit Boys in Girls’ Sports: ‘We Are not All the Same’

A bill introduced this month in Congress would prohibit biological males from participating in girls’ and women’s sports by clarifying that the language on athletics in Title IX refers to biological sex, not gender identity.
