Broadcasters Seek Stay On FCC’s New Programming Lease Disclosure Rules

A federal appeals court in Washington has not yet taken action on a request filed by broadcasters to review new rules that would require them to determine whether an entity leasing time on their radio and TV stations has ties to a foreign government before putting the programming on the air.
