The United States Supreme Court heard oral arguments today in a crucial religious liberty case, Fulton v. City of Philadelphia. This significant civil rights case will determine whether or not a Catholic foster care agency in Philadelphia, Penn., will be disqualified from working with the city to place foster children in families. NRB, the nation’s preeminent association of Christian broadcasters and communicators, urges the Court to recognize the right of faith-based organizations to operate according to their sincerely held religious beliefs.
