Ron Harris, MEDIAlliance
Ronald L. Harris has been around broadcasting for most of his life, beginning in radio over 50 years ago. After serving two years as Assistant Professor of Communications and Special Assistant to the President at Dallas Baptist University, Ron Harris served as Sr. VP for Strategic Partnerships for the NRB. He is now the founder and president of MEDIAlliance International. The ministry trains and mentors Christian broadcasters and media leaders in over 20 countries to grow the impact of Christian broadcasting and the Gospel of Christ.
Ron served with KCBI Radio in Dallas, Texas, for 15 years, most of that time as Executive Vice President and General Manager and host of the Morning Program. Ron Harris also served in the US Air Force as a Radio/TV specialist. In 2004, Dallas Baptist University conferred upon Ron the honorary Doctor of Divinity degree for Christian service that integrates his faith with his vocational calling. Dr. Harris was Chairman of the Board for National Religious Broadcasters for three years and has been a part of NRB for over 30, serving through the years as a workshop leader and speaker, board member, executive committee officer, as well as chairman. He now serves on the NRB International Committee.

Jack Hibbard, The Hibbard Group
Jack Hibbard is President and CEO of The Hibbard Group, an agency he founded in 2009 out of his passion to strengthen ministries through media. He has more than 40 years of experience in radio, television, and media. He has previously served on the NRB’s Executive Committee and is past Chairman of the ENRB. He and his wife, Erin, married in 1983 and are the parents of two sons.

Phillip Bowen, In Touch Ministries
C. Phillip Bowen serves as the Chief Executive Officer for In Touch Ministries in Atlanta, GA. In Touch is the teaching ministry of Dr. Charles F. Stanley, which currently broadcasts in more than 50 languages, reaches more than 115 million homes domestically, and is on more than 2,800 television and radio stations worldwide. In Phillip's capacity as CEO, he oversees the continuing operations of In Touch's U.S., Canada, and New Zealand offices. Under his leadership, In Touch has made great advancements in its mission to lead people worldwide into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Phillip is married to Mary Ann, and they have a 9-year-old son named Parke.
Frank Wright, D. James Kennedy Ministries
After 22 years of work on or related to Capitol Hill, Dr. Wright returned to Fort Lauderdale in 2015, where he serves a President & Chief Executive Officer of Coral Ridge Ministries Media, the parent and sponsoring organization of the D. James Kennedy Leadership Institute. Having been led to personal faith in Jesus Christ through the ministry of Dr. Kennedy, Dr. Wright served at the Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church both as a staff member and Elder. His prior leadership service includes being founding Executive Director of the D. James Kennedy Center for Christian Statesmanship, President & CEO of the National Religious Broadcasters, and President & COO of the Salem Media Group. The primary focus of his ministry career has been equipping leaders for future service and defending religious freedom at every level of the public policy process. Frank received his doctorate in Business Administration (Finance) from Florida Atlantic University.
Brett Larson, Crawford Broadcasting
Brett was blessed with godly parents and accepted Christ as his own Savior at a young age. He attended Liberty University on full scholarship with a Liberty singing group. Brett holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and several graduate degrees including an M.B.A. and an M.T.S. from Liberty. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Leadership. Brett began in Christian radio as a board-operator in 1992. In 1999, Brett began full-time with Crawford Broadcasting. Currently, Brett serves as General Manager of 7 Crawford stations in the Buffalo/Toronto, Rochester, and Birmingham markets. Brett also hosts the daily theological radio broadcast, SKOPOS, and enjoys serving in local church leadership. Brett and his wife, Kim, have 3 wonderful boys!
Cathy Allen, Love Worth Finding
Cathy Allen is COO of Love Worth Finding Ministries, the multimedia broadcast ministry of Adrian Rogers in Memphis, TN. Cathy has served at LWF for 20 years, initially in Marketing and transitioning to her role as COO in 2010. For six years she was a member of the NRB Internet Committee when it was first launched. Outside LWF, she is Vice Chairman of Life Choices Board, a pregnancy help medical center. She also was a Trustee and Board Member of her alma mater, St. Mary’s Episcopal School. Cathy, and her husband Joe, attend Bellevue Baptist Church, where they serve on several committees and are small group leaders. Another way Joe ministers is through the choir and Cathy enjoys studying each Wednesday night with a group of ladies in Bible Study.
Jay Flowers, Grace to You
Jay Flowers is the Chief Operating Officer of Grace to You, the media ministry of John MacArthur, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. In 1989, after graduating with a degree in communication from The Master’s College, Jay began his career with Grace to You as a writer. He met his bride, Stephanie, at a home Bible study in 1998 and married her as soon as possible. He and Stephanie have two children, Madeline and Mason, and minister as part of part of Grace Community Church where John MacArthur serves as pastor.
Debra Fraser, Total Living International
Debra Fraser is President/CEO of Total Living International (TLI), a Christian media communications group. She also serves as General Manager of KTLN-TV, a full power San Francisco market station. Debra has been in Christian broadcast for 30+ years beginning in 1982 when she assisted in the launch of a station with Family Christian Broadcasting. She finds fulfillment in helping individuals realize the potential they have for a vibrant life in Christ.
Tony Hart, The Grand Old Gospel Fellowship
Dr. Tony Hart has served as President of GOGF Ministries since 1998 when he took over from his father, Dr. B. Sam Hart. He oversees a fellowship of 15 churches, has preached in large area-wide crusades, has led several international missions trips, conducts pastoral training in under-developed countries, and continues to serve as the Senior Pastor of Montco Bible Fellowship. Dr. Hart is the primary bible teacher on the Grand Old Gospel Hour, which celebrated its 53rd Anniversary in 2014. He is the author of two books, Winning Is Everything and 2 Tablets For Your Marriage, and he teaches a marriage seminar in churches around the country.
Hannu Haukka, Great Commission Media Ministries
Dr. Hannu Haukka is the Founder and President of Great Commission Media Ministries (IRR/TV). This organization is having a worldwide impact for the Gospel, in Russia, Asia, and the Middle East. For more than 30 years, Hannu and his wife, Laura, have ministered to millions throughout the former Soviet Union. During the last decade, they have used a strategy of media saturation to introduce hundreds of thousands to the hope found in Christ in major cities of the world. Hannu and his ministry have received NRB awards for his outstanding witness and work for the cause of the Gospel.
