NRB 2013 Media Awards: TLN’s Marriage: For Better, For Worse Named
“Best TV Teaching Program”

Manassas, VA - The Total Living Network (TLN) will receive the 2013 NRB Media Award for Best Television Teaching Program on Tuesday, March 5, at the NRB 2013 Convention & Exposition.

The NRB Best Television Teaching Program Award is presented each year to a program that demonstrates creative use of the teaching format, adheres to sound doctrine and biblical integrity as stated in the NRB Statement of Faith and Code of Ethics, and is uniquely innovative in the presentation of the Gospel. This year, the judges named TLN the winner of the award for Marriage: For Better, For Worse.

“TLN’s Marriage program is unique and impactful,” commentedNRB President & CEO Dr. Frank Wright. “The program has such great ministry potential and teaching value. It gives hope to so many – married and unmarried alike.”

Marriage: For Better, For Worse is a program dedicated to healing hearts and restoring marriages. This weekly call-in program answers viewers’ questions on marriage and relationships. Through interacting with callers and by answering their emails, Pastor Bob Moeller gives biblical counsel and conveys Godly wisdom when tackling a variety of tough situations like abandonment, adultery, addictions and even abuse. Each week, he also teaches on a specific topic. Topics this past year have included: “The Secret Husbands Never Share,” “How Did I End Up With an Adulterous Spouse?” “The Greener Grass Syndrome,” “The Difference Between Forgiveness and Reconciliation,” “Stopping Verbal Abuse in Marriage,” “What if You Have No Role Models for Marriage?” “Before You Remarry After Losing Your Spouse,” and “Successful Second Marriages.”

Since the inception of the show, the phone lines have been packed with people calling to ask for advice. Even singles and those who are divorced are avid viewers of Marriage: For Better, for Worse.
