Manassas, VA – Christian Family Network Television (CFNT) will receive the prestigious NRB Low Power Station of the Year Award during the February 26th Television Reception at the NRB Convention & Exposition.

“CFNT has been recognized by numerous local ministries and non-profit organizations for their involvement in the community,” said NRB President & CEO Dr. Frank Wright. “And God has blessed them with the ability to operate their station completely debt-free.”

Christian Family Network Television is a non-profit organization which broadcasts Christian and family friendly programming in the Wichita Falls, Texas area.  They have been on the air for over 15 years, and on cable, where they are on the basic tier, more than 20 years.

The Low Power NRB Station of the Year Award is presented—with an understanding of budgetary restraints and broadcast limitations—to a television station that displays innovative and creative programming through its daily schedule; demonstrates sound financial decisions; is a force for the Gospel in its coverage of local Christian events, issues and stories; demonstrates a commitment to produce local programming to meet the spiritual needs of people within the TV station's broadcast area; and works in partnership with local churches and ministries to provide a media platform for voices unable to be heard elsewhere.
