NRB Files Amicus Brief for FCC V. FOX Television Stations

(September 13, 2011) Today the National Religious Broadcasters filed an Amicus Curiae (“friend of the court”) brief with the U.S. Supreme Court for FCC v. FOX Television Stations, a case that will be significant in determining whether or not the FCC’s indecency guidelines in the wake of Pacifica are a violation of First Amendment free speech.

New Media Censorship: NRB to Release Groundbreaking Report

(September 7, 2011) On Thursday, September 15th, NRB will unveil the first report of the John Milton Project for Religious Free Speech at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.
