Supreme Court Turns Down Liberty University’s HHS Mandate Appeal

The Supreme Court has refused to hear Liberty University’s appeal challenging the Obama administration’s Affordable Care Act—also known as Obamacare, according to news reports. The Christian university, founded by the late Rev. Jerry Falwell, petitioned the Supreme Court after a federal appeals court dismissed their case.
