It seems unlikely to expect FCC boss Tom Wheeler to say much that really matters concerning the key issues the FCC is facing until the final decisions are made (and, if history is any indication, even when those decisions are made, the statements will be bland nothingness), but it's still worth noting that he recently responded to two very different letters from members of Congress.
