The NRB Convention is just two weeks away. Be sure to check out this year’s Public Policy Debate on “Anatomy of Hate: Free Speech Implications.” Janet Parshall, the on-air host of Moody Radio Network’s nationally syndicated In the Market with Janet Parshall daily program, will moderate a panel of four leading policy and legal experts as they discuss perceptions of hate speech and how that squares with the First Amendment. The panelists will particularly focus on implications for public expressions of orthodox Christian beliefs on such issues as marriage and life.
The panel is both respected and ideologically diverse: Barry Lynn, Executive Director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State; Carol Swain, Professor of Political Science and of Law at Vanderbilt University; Mark Potok, head of the Southern Poverty Law Center; and Craig Parshall, Senior Vice President and General Counsel for NRB.
You can be sure it will be a vigorous debate. Don’t miss it!
