There is breaking news about several of NRB’s publishing members – Harvest House Publishers, Zondervan, and Tyndale House Publishers. Harvest House has named Brad Moses as its Director of Sales at its Eugene, OR headquarters, where he will build on his prior work as the sales manager in general market sales. Brad also has 18 years of experience before that in the magazine and book selling industry.
Zondervan has announced a new partnership with Above the Treeline in a program of offering digital review copies of its books to booksellers, librarians, book reviewers, and bloggers. The Edelweiss system being utilized is compatible with many e-reading devices, like iPad, Kindle, Nook, and the Sony eReader.
Tyndale House has launched a separate non-fiction imprint – Tyndale Momentum – and has named Janis Long Harris, formerly Associate Publisher for Nonfiction, as the publisher of the imprint. She will report to Senior V.P. and Group Publisher Doug Knox at the Tyndale headquarters in Carol Stream, IL.
