NRB Member Spotlight:  Redeeming the Time Radio

Redeeming the Time logoRedeeming the Time is a one-minute daily radio program teaching time management from a Christian perspective. It is designed to help listeners who “never have enough time.”  Program host Rick Grubbs gives either a practical suggestion of ways to save time, or a challenge to stay focused and use time in a way that will matter in eternity.

The program was launched in 2003 and was quickly syndicated to more than 1,000 outlets in the first few months. Grubbs says, “There were lots of good teaching programs out there about managing money, but no one was doing time management. Some people have all the money they need, but none of us ever have enough time! I think that is why there has been such a great response to the feature.”

The programs are a ministry of Life Changing Seminars, founded by Rick Grubbs in 1988 to teach biblical principles of time management. They offer free staff training to radio stations and have shared their messages with K-LOVE Radio, Moody Radio, American Family Radio, Salem Radio, Bott Radio, and many regional radio networks.  Rick has also spoken for several NRB events.

You can find more about the programs and the seminars for radio stations at LifeChangingSeminars.com. Rick will soon be available for interviews on his new book, Morning Momentum, How to Wake Up, Get Up, and Start Your Day Right!

One final piece of trivia: Rick and his wife Carrie are expecting their 12th child in September. The whole family can often be seen enjoying the NRB Convention together!
