NRB 2013 Media Awards: And the Nominees are ...

The NRB Awards Committee has announced the nominees for the NRB 2013 Media Awards.

A long-standing hallmark of NRB, the NRB Media Awards program is designed to encourage excellence in production service to the community, faithfulness to the mission, commitment to the Gospel and personal integrity.

While NRB recognizes that material awards and public recognition are not an ultimate priority in relation to our spiritual calling to take the message of hope to the world through media, the Association hopes to inspire others to raise their standards and to create more compelling, relevant, and challenging Christian programming by honoring and celebrating outstanding facilities, ministries, programs and producers.

"The privilege of considering who will be recognized for distinctive service is always a daunting assignment as we are uniquely blessed with so many in our membership who work not only faithfully but also creatively and expertly in alignment with our mission — to impact our world with the communication of the Gospel," said NRB 2013 Awards Committee Chairman Peggy Campbell. "This year’s list is no exception to that reality!"

Beginning January 10, winners of the NRB 2013 Media Awards will be announced each week by category in NRB Today.

The NRB 2013 Media Awards will be presented on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, as part of the NRB 2013 Convention & Exposition at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN.
