2013 iNRB Student Award Winners Announced

NRB Media AwardsNRB is pleased to announce the winners of the iNRB Student Awards for 2013. The awards will be presented at the iNRB Media Awards Ceremony & Showcase on Sunday, March 3, during the NRB 2013 Convention & Exposition in Nashville, TN.

First place winners will receive a trophy, a certificate, a cash prize, and a travel stipend to the NRB 2013 Convention. Second and third place winners will receive a certificate. From the list of winners, three will also be honored with an Award of Excellence (to be announced during the NRB Convention).

The Intercollegiate National Religious Broadcasters (iNRB) comprises Christian students with an interest or major in broadcasting, journalism, or media communications. The annual iNRB Student Awards program is open to iNRB members, and includes production contests, essay contests, and 36-hour production contests held at the NRB Convention.

Awards this year are being given for the following categories:

  • Bob Dobbs Essay Scholarship
  • Radio – News and Sports
  • Radio – Feature/Drama
  • Radio – PSA/Commercial
  • Radio – Promo/Imaging/Branding
  • Film – Short
  • Film – Longer
  • TV/Video – Documentary
  • TV/Video – PSA/Commercial/Promo
  • TV/Video – Studio Production
