God's Not Dead in Theaters March 21

God's Not DeadGod’s Not Dead, one of three films that were screened during the recent NRB International Christian Media Convention in Nashville, TN, will be opening this weekend in theaters.

Starring Kevin Sorbo (Hercules), Shane Harper (Good Luck Charlie), and Dean Cain (Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman), among others, God’s Not Dead revolves around college student Josh Wheaton (Harper), who is challenged by his philosophy professor (Sorbo) with a daunting task: if Josh will not admit that “God Is Dead,” he must prove God’s existence by presenting well-researched, intellectual arguments, and evidence over the course of the semester, and engage the professor in a head-to-head debate in front of the class. If Josh fails to convince his classmates of God’s existence, he will fail the course and hinder his lofty academic goals.

Alan Sears, President, CEO, and General Counsel of Alliance Defending Freedom, has called the film “an important and wonderful family movie everyone should see.”

Tim Wildmon, President of the American Family Association, said the story is “gripping,” and Lloyd Parker, COO of WAY-FM, said the movie is “powerful.”

The film is expected to educate, entertain, and inspire moviegoers to explore what they really believe about God, igniting important conversations and life-changing decisions.
