FCC Asks for Input on Increasing Its Efficiency

FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler’s top aide tasked with process reform at the agency this week solicited public comment due by Monday, December 2. Diane Cornell, Special Counsel in the Office of the Chairman, stated in a blog post, “[W]e are soliciting public input on improving the efficiency of how we conduct business here at the FCC. We know that stakeholders who interact with the FCC will have many thoughts on substantive reforms that the agency should undertake, but for this effort, we are particularly interested in your ideas and insights to improve the efficiency of the process at the FCC.” Ms. Cornell has been tasked by the Chairman with delivering a report to him with FCC process reform recommendations by the first week of the New Year.
