2014 NRB Media Awards: And the Nominees are ...

Media AwardsThe NRB Awards Committee has announced the nominees for the 2014 NRB Media Awards.

A long-standing hallmark of the association, the NRB Media Awards program is designed to encourage excellence in production, service to the community, faithfulness to the mission, commitment to the Gospel, and personal integrity.

While NRB recognizes that material awards and public recognition are not an ultimate priority in relation to our spiritual calling to take the message of hope to the world through media, the association hopes to inspire others to raise their standards and to create more compelling, relevant, and challenging Christian programming by honoring and celebrating outstanding facilities, ministries, programs, and producers.

"It’s our privilege to acknowledge the exceptional efforts of NRB members and their distinctive service this past year by bestowing awards in a wide variety of categories," commented 2014 NRB Awards Committee Chairman Roger Kemp. "Our calling at NRB is to impact our world by communicating the Gospel, and the 2014 media award nominees have displayed tremendous creativity and outstanding commitment toward this mission."

Beginning November 14, winners of the 2014 NRB Media Awards will be announced each week by category in the association’s weekly e-newsletter, NRB Today.

The 2014 NRB Media Awards will be presented on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, as part of the NRB 2014 International Christian Media Convention at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN.
