Nashville, TN– Alan Robertson, of the highly popular Duck Dynasty television family, is scheduled to speak on Thursday, February 26, during the Free Speech Panel at the NRB 2015 International Christian Media Convention in Nashville, TN.
“Alan and the Robertson family choose to stand for Christ in the public square – even when it’s unpopular,” noted NRB President & CEO Dr. Jerry A. Johnson. “We are delighted for him to share such a strong testimony with our NRB15 attendees.”
Alan Robertson is the oldest son of the Duck Commander, Phil Robertson, and his wife, Miss Kay. He served as a pastor for 22 years at the White’s Ferry Road Church in West Monroe, LA, before returning to the family business, Duck Commander, in 2012 to begin appearing on the Robertson’s mega-hit TV show, Duck Dynasty. He speaks around the country to large audiences about the real reason behind the success of the show.
He has written and compiled the Duck Commander Devotional (released in 2013), a children’s book with his brothers, dad, and uncle Si; and Everything’s Better with a Beard (released in April 2014). He also co-authored The Duck Commander Faith and Family Bible (released October 2014) with his dad.
Robertson and his wife, Lisa, just released their latest book, A New Season, in January 2015. This book is about their life and marriage and teaches how to overcome deep hurt and pain in relationships.
