Filmmakers to Minnesota: we decide what we film

Under a threat of steep fines and up to 90 days in jail, the Larsens are fighting a Minnesota public accommodation law that would force their business, Telescope Media Group, to film same-sex weddings if the business begins advertising that service.
Attorneys at Alliance Defending Freedom are representing the Larsens today before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
