WFMZ to acquire Delaware television station

WFMZ'S corporate owner, Maranatha Broadcasting Co. of Salisbury Township, has applied to the Federal Communications Commission to acquire KJWP-TV, which a provides Me-TV for the Philadelphia region. The station is owned by PMCM TV LLC of Freehold, N.J., according to an application filed Jan. 7 with the FCC.
