Music Industry Unites, Aiming to Jumpstart Congress.

The time for action on music licensing reform legislation—including a performance royalty on radio airplay—has come, according to the music industry. By coming together and presenting a united front, a group of nearly two dozen music organizations aim to jumpstart review of several pieces of legislation pending in Congress.
