Music Copyright Bill Now One Step Away From Becoming Law

A year in the making legislative package of updates to music copyright laws, including some changes that will impact AM/FM radio, has won final congressional approval. The proposed Music Modernization Act was unanimously approved for a second time in the House late Tuesday, meaning the bill now simply needs President Trump’s signature in order to become law.
