Justice Dept. Seeks Full-Work License Ruling in Court.

The Department of Justice is asking a federal appeals court in New York to overturn a lower court ruling and require ASCAP and BMI to offer broadcasters and other licensees 100%—or what’s known as full-work licenses for music in their repertories.
